Junior Surf Club members participate in a variety of activities including the following.

Children in the under 6 & 7 Age Groups participate in a variety of fun activities which are designed to develop water confidence and general fitness. Guidelines set down by the SLSA dictate they are strictly non-competitive. |

Individual events such as. sprints, flags, wades, team events, beach relays and wade relays. |
| Under 9’s & 10’s |
Individual events such as sprints, flags, swim, board races, team events, beach relays, swim teams, board relays. |
| Under 11’s – 14’s |
Individual events, sprints, flags, swim, board, iron person, team events – beach relays, swim teams, board relays, board rescues, Cameron Relays and other recognised Team events. |
NORTH COAST BRANCH TEAM SELECTION:
Is available to interested children in the Under 12's, 13's and 14's only to represent the North Coast Branch at the N.S.W. Interbranch Championships, which are held towards the end of each year. Results from the The Jetty Carnival and Woolgoolga Combined Carnival will be used for selection criteria. Children can only be selected in either beach or water events – not both.
MARCH PAST TEAM:
A Team requires 12 members selected from the Under 11’s to Under 14’s. To belong to the team requires discipline, teamwork and commitment. Training will be at times to be determined and the March Past event opens proceedings at Branch Carnivals, Country Championships and gains Points for the Club in competition.
